Warranty Conditions

Products supplied by ATOP Technologies Inc. are covered in this warranty for sub-standard performance or defective workmanship. The warranty is not, however, extended to goods damaged in the following circumstances:

(a) Excessive forces or impacts
(b) War or an Act of God: wind storm, fire, flood, electric shock, earthquake
(c) Use of unqualified power supply, connectors, or maintenance procedure
(d) Replacement with unauthorized parts

RMA and Related Costs

Customers shall always obtain an authorized “RMA” number from ATOP before shipping goods for repair to ATOP.

Within 3 months after purchase and in normal use, a defect product shall be replaced with a new one free of charge. The shipping cost from the customer to ATOP will also be reimbursed by ATOP.

Three months after purchase, the shipping cost from the customer to ATOP will not be reimbursed.
Within the warranty period, ATOP has full discretion whether to replace the unit with a new one or to repair it. Normally, within this period, all parts and labor are free of charge to customers, and ATOP will pay for the cost of shipment to the customer.
However, the warranty does not cover repairs or replacements caused by human factors, natural disasters, and force majeure, i.e., damages stipulated in the Warranty Conditions above. In these cases, the costs for parts, labor, and shipment shall be borne by the customer.

After the warranty period, the customer shall cover the cost for any parts and labor. ATOP will provide a quotation and await customers’ confirmation before proceeding with the repair/replacement.
If the customer choses to repair/replace a unit, ATOP will cover shipping costs of the repaired item to the customer. If customer choses not to repair/replace, they shall bear the costs to receive the item back.

Limited Liability

ATOP shall not be held responsible for any consequential losses from using ATOP products.
