We (ATOP Technologies, Inc.) have received reports from some customers regarding fraudulent emails sent by scammers posing as ATOP employees with fabricated identities. These deceptive emails falsely claim that our company is currently undergoing a bank reconciliation audit and request a change in the remittance account.

We want to emphasize that ATOP is NOT undergoing any bank reconciliation audit related to specific restrictions or circumstances. ATOP will NOT request customers to make payments through email to an updated bank account.

It is crucial to note that ATOP communicates solely through the official company email address, which is orders@atop.com.tw. Our bank account details for receiving payments remain unchanged, and please verify the SWIFT CODE, which must contain the four characters "TWTP" (correctly specified as “TACBTWTP564” or “ESUNTWTP”). Before making any payments, we strongly advise customers to exercise caution and verify the authenticity of the request.
